Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between an exchange or a refund.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full reimbursement.
Ship to Depot
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any NZ Post location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
